The Deep pleating filter uses a partition structure. The corrugated partition can maintain the spacing between the pleats and utilize the filter material under small resistance. The filter media is folded 180 degrees on both sides to form a wedge-shaped pleat. There are two indentations when the filter material is bent, so that it opens into a wedge-shaped box-shaped pleat at the end of the partition. Product introduction:
The Wide Pleating primary filter is composed of primary synthetic fiber filter material, aluminum alloy frame and metal mesh. It has the advantages of large air volume, low resistance and long life. It can effectively filter dust particles ≥5UM in the air and is widely used for general filtration of various air-conditioning equipment.
There are two production methods for folding primary filter:
MFM model is double-sided galvanized wire mesh folding, economical and applicable.
WPW model is double-sided φ4.0mm coarse galvanized iron wire slot frame mesh, with a firm structure and impact resistance.
The filtration efficiency of folding primary filter is G3 and G4, corresponding to 80% and 90% of the weight method efficiency. This efficiency filter is often used for primary filtration of air conditioning and ventilation systems and is also suitable for simple air conditioning and ventilation systems that only require one-stage filtration.
