The Cleanroom air shower is a vital defense facility against contamination, it also serves as an airlock to seal the clean room. In order to reduce the amount of dust particles brought by people entering and exiting, the clean air flow filtered by the high-efficiency filter is sprayed on the person from all directions by a rotatable nozzle, which quickly and effectively removes the dust particles. The removed dust particles are then filtered by the primary and high-efficiency filters and recirculated to the air shower area.
The air shower safeguards the pristine conditions of the cleanroom environment. By effectively removing surface contamination from clothing and cleanroom garments, air showers significantly boost the cleanliness of the space.
In order to achieve the best effect of blowing, the nozzle outlet wind speed designed in the air shower room can reach more than 20-25m/s, and the air shower time is set to 15seconds. The air shower room can provide modular assembly methods, and can also be assembled into air shower channels of various lengths according to the actual needs of customers.
