Fan Filter Unit (FFU) can be connected and used modularly, which making FFU widely used in cleanrooms, clean workbenches, clean production lines, assembled clean rooms and local 100-level applications. FFU has two types of filters: primary and high-efficiency.
The fan sucks air from the top of the FFU and filters it through the primary and high-efficiency filters. The filtered clean air is sent out at an average wind speed of 0.45m/s±20% on the entire outlet surface.
Features:
1. The fan is made of the direct-drive high-efficiency centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of long life, low noise, maintenance-free, low vibration, and step less speed regulation. The fan quality is reliable, and the working life is more than 50,000 hours. It is especially suitable for assembled ultra-clean production lines. It can be arranged as a single unit according to process requirements, or multiple units can be connected in series to form a 100-level assembly line.
2. Before leaving the factory, the products are scanned and tested one by one with a dust particle counter according to the US Federal Standard 209E to ensure quality.
